Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Completion of 2-year ultrasound program.

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating Saturday work. Required holiday call rotation. On-call: Monday-Friday, 530-930PM; Saturday (start time dependent on site) through 930PM; Sunday 7AM-930PM.

Floating Requirements: Floating includes all 4 NorthShore hospitals and 2 off-site locations: Skokie (ambulatory) and Glenbrook (cardiovascular).

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RVS

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
