Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Required Credentials:
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
• A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
Special Requests: Block Schedule - Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Shift & Scheduling:
• 3x12 with one shift per pay period on 8s
• On Call: Required as needed.
• Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: Every fourth 12 hour shifts
• Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission
