Shift: 3:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Teaching Hospital Experience

• AC joints, Adult Outpatient, NICU, Operating Room, Pediatric Outpatient, PICU, Barium enema- air contrast, Barium enema- single contrast, Barium Swallow/Esophagus, Contrast Enema, Upper GI series, C-Arm procedure, O-ARM, Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Skull, Temporomandibular joints, GE, O-ARM, Philips, Siemens, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media*

Required Credentials:

• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology

• Government issued photo ID.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite.

Special Requests: If the request is more than 1 week and is consecutive (no hours in the week), Vaya will add 1 week at the end of the contract.

Shift & Scheduling:

Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tue 1530-0330, Week 2: Tue, Fri, Sat 1530-0330.

• Standby Call and Holiday rotations required.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.

14 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
