Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB.

7on/7off goes from Thursday through Wednesday; Thursday (7:30pm-7:30am), Friday (7:30pm-7:30am), Saturday (7:30pm-7:30am), Sunday (9:00pm-7:30am) Monday (9:00pm-7:30am), Tuesday (9:00pm-7:30am), Wednesday (9:00pm-7:30am)
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend as part of 7on/7off]
Holiday Expectations: Dependent on rotation
Holiday Expectations: This does not mean they will automatically be scheduled for those dates, but we will not contractually guarantee to being off prior to arrival.
Schedule cycle: 7on/7off Thursday- Wednesday
