Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Must have general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, all other general exams, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill experience.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
A 26w assignment is approved if the candidate is interested.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
The patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric and adolescent patients, adults, and geriatric patients.
Change Healthcare can be trained on during the assignment.
The role will assist with precepting clinicians.

Shift & Scheduling:
Call required: Yes 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday; 24 hrs Sat & Sun. Flexibility with call is a hardstop expectation.
Weekends are required for on-call coverage.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS
