Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - The facility may make one-off exceptions for current or previous employees, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System. - We try to block schedule but cannot guarantee it.
Unit Details: - Uses Epic. - Required to titrate insulin drips. - All hospitals are about 20 minutes apart, all are right off the interstate, safe parking available at all locations
Shift & Scheduling: - No self-scheduling. - Weekend as needed; Every other weekend. - No call. - Holiday Requirements: Will fill in if there is a need
Floating Requirements: - RNs float only within specialty and will not float outside of scope. - Can float to any facility in the region: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, within specialty and/or to work as a 1:1 sitter in any area. - Unit and hospital assignment is provided via app 1 hour before shift start. - Travelers are first to float and can midshift float at any time during the shift to different units and facilities whenever there is a need.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
