Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 6 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) CommonSpirit Health

Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Required to titrate drips: Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone.
• Nurses must be able to read & interpret strips.

Required Credentials:

• **Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts).
• **There is also a PASS/FAIL SIM LAB on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions.).

Types of Patients on Unit: ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/Tele.

Unit Details: Beds CRMC 60 ED Beds, MGMC 31 ED Beds.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Hours: 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a.
• 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule and Holiday Rotate in with the perm staff.

Floating Requirements: Would float to med/surg/tele/overflow units and CRMC/MGMC Eds as needed - first to float.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
