Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
RNs only: Clinicians who obtained an RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold a MO, IL, or Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
No medical marijuana cards accepted.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias required. Feeding tube care and management.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology experience preferred; Med-Surg nurses with oncology patient experience will be considered. BMT experience not required.
Unit Details: Ratios: 1:4-5; 1:3 BMT for all shifts. Adult patient population. Medical oncology patient population includes solid tumors (lung, breast, pancreatic), leukemia, bone marrow transplant, and post-treatment chemotherapy/radiation care; average stay 3-5 days. Unit responsibilities include IV starts, chemotherapy administration, trach care, accessing ports and central lines, stem cell transplantation, and BMT care; no vents. Prior chemotherapy administration/infusion experience is not required. Uses CAD pumps.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. On-call not required. No more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract.
Floating Requirements: Will float within service line.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
