Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2080 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 4 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: No RTO is allowed over holidays. No RTO is preferred during the assignment.

Unit Details: The patient ratio is 4:1 for Telemetry and 5:1 for Med/Surg. Uses Pyxis.

Shift & Scheduling: Call is required for permanent staff. An attempt at every other weekend rotation is expected, but this may be adjusted based on business need. Scheduling is a mixture of self-request and business need. RTO is limited to no more than 2 weeks at a time.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles. Per union contract, travelers must float to any Med/Surg/Telemetry department to take patients and to other departments such as ED, ICU, and OB to task only.

14 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 14

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
