Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.
Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. RTO and start date must be approved by the unit manager. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
Unit Details: Patient ratios are 4:1 for 50% and 5:1 for 50%. The unit handles medical/surgical overflow and non-acute stroke patients. RNs are required to titrate drips; common titratable or set-rate drips include insulin and pain medications. Centralized telemetry is available, and RNs must validate telemetry strips. Equipment includes BiPAP and high-flow oxygen.
Shift & Scheduling: Scheduled hours are 1900-0730a. Self-scheduling is available, with open shifts to be filled. Weekend coverage is every other weekend. The holiday requirement is one winter holiday and one summer holiday. Standby may be required; there is no call.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
