Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation. Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience required — 2+ years required.

Required Credentials: Equivalent to a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. A pass/fail ECG/telemetry dysrhythmia test (20 questions) is required prior to acceptance; only one attempt is allowed, the passing score is 85%, and no remediation or re-sit is available.

Special Requests: Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered.

Unit Details: All RNs are required to read and interpret their own telemetry strips. The unit cares for a wide variety of surgical patients, with an overflow of medical patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. The 72-hour biweekly contract hours do not include on-call time worked.

Floating Requirements: Will float between all MS Tele units as needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
