Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2620 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: EKG skill level 3/4, telemetry, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias are required.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. RTO: no more than 4 continuous days or 6 total days. More is a screen.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes telemetry, surgical overflow, renal, trauma, and oncology; travelers do not administer active chemotherapy.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float to Stepdown, Med-Surg, ED, and all Tele levels of care.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

6 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 4
