Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2820 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: - Required MS/Tele skills include cardiac monitoring and emergency response, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams. - Required skills include nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management. - Required skills include IV therapy/phlebotomy with peripheral line care/management and isolation precautions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Special Requests: - RTO must be submitted upon submission.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: - Shift hours alternate between 1900p-0700a and 0700a-1900p. - Every other weekend. - Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.

Floating Requirements: - Will be required to float within skillset.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
