Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2820 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac monitoring and emergency response are required, including dysrhythmia interpretation/management and rapid response/code team activation. IV therapy/phlebotomy skills are required, including peripheral line care/management. Experience with nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, and non-invasive airway management is required. Experience with isolation precautions is required.

Special Requests: RTO and other special scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.

Floating Requirements: Float between units 5400 and 5500 within the Med-Surg skill set.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
