Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Lima Memorial Hospital.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Competency with cardiac medications (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex), including titration and application, required. - Telemetry competency and knowledge of heart rhythms required. - Knowledge of stroke signs/symptoms and ability to recognize changes in patient status and intervene required.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - No call.
Floating Requirements: - Required to float to units within scope of practice and skill set. Refusal to float may result in being sent home for the work week.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
