Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Maternal fetal and OB experience required.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO: 3 days or less for auto offer. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Permanent employees of any other Providence facility (excluding Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

Unit Details: Adolescent and adult patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: The schedule is Monday-Friday, and the weekday off may change depending on staffing needs of the unit. No weekends or holidays. No call.

Floating Requirements: No floating outside of this clinic.
