Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
If your start date is within 90 days, you must complete all labs within 72 hours of signing an offer with MUSC.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (Da Vinci Xi) cases is highly preferred.
Required Credentials: NCCT certification is not accepted. A radiation badge is required and must be provided by the agency.
Special Requests: RTO is due at time of submission; approval will be based on facility needs. If unavailable for emergency response duties, please do not confirm new assignments or extensions during hurricane season. Parking requires a $20 registration fee for a hang tag; the 91 Street Parking Garage has no additional fees, but the hang tag does not cover other locations and parking there may incur additional fees.
Unit Details: Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November; peak: August–September). Common cases include Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants/Procurements, Trauma/Burns, and GU/GYN. The clinician may be expected to staff the full variety of cases supported by the Main OR.
Shift & Scheduling: Holiday rotation is required. 1 weekend shift per 4-week schedule period is required. Up to 4 call shifts per 4-week schedule period are required.
Floating Requirements: The clinician may be required to float between like units and sister facilities to meet facility needs.
