Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: - Endovascular (IR procedures) and vascular experience required.

Required Credentials: - NCCT is not accepted.

Unit Details: - Common cases include endovascular (IR procedures), vascular procedures, and amputations. - Scrubbing required.

Shift & Scheduling: - Sat/Sun call 7a Sat to 7a Monday every 3rd weekend. - Holiday call rotation. - Call response time: 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: - May float to help other surgical teams, IR teams, or SPD if qualified.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
