Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1810 per week.

Experience:

• 6 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Six months of OR experience or completed Scrub Tech course required. 2 years of experience with ortho, totals, GYN, and general required.

Preferred Credentials: Associate’s/technical degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.

Unit Details: Assists with preparation of surgical procedures in the operating room, including creating and maintaining a sterile field and retracting/passing instruments, supplies, and medications during cases.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating 4x10 shifts starting at 6:30 or 8:30; days of the week are not set. Call one night per week and one weekend per month.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
