Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience required in OR and trauma.

Unit Details: Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The volume and pace required to work here are that of a Level 1 trauma center, although the facility is a Level 2 trauma center.

Shift & Scheduling: Scheduled days are Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Flexible hours may be required. No call.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
