Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) CommonSpirit Health
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) CommonSpirit Health

ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they’ll be reporting to.
No block scheduling.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Shift & Scheduling:
Required Credentials: Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.
Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
Floating Requirements:
Types of Patients on Unit: Pediatric / MST is a mixed unit of adult & pediatric patients.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience working with children is required. Must take are of adults as well.
Equipment Used on Unit: We have Remote Monitor Techs. RNs do need to be able to read their Tele strips. We do have Bedside monitors for Pediatric patients.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
