Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Fluoroscopy, surgery, general, diagnostics, OEC C-Arm, 2 years x-ray experience, surgical experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Fluoro cases include lumbar puncture, hysterosalpingogram, video swallow, esophagram, arthrogram, myelogram
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Thursday. Holiday Requirements: If falls on scheduled shift then yes. On call? If working Nights, no call. If working Days, on a rotational basis.
Floating Requirements: Just for portables around the hospital
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
