Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 3 experience is required.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of acute care experience. - First-time travelers allowed if they have trauma facility experience. - General X-ray imaging of head, neck, spine, extremities, abdomen, hands, feet, and chest; must be comfortable with trauma patients and bedside portables. - OR experience with spinal, orthopedic, general surgery, neuro, and pediatric cases; must be comfortable with the majority of these specialties. - C-arm experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - O-arm experience preferred.
Special Requests: - RTO approval subject to manager approval.
Unit Details: - Adults and pediatrics, including neonates, from ED, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatients across the full spectrum of radiology exams and diagnoses. - High-acuity patient population. - Rotates shift-by-shift between ED, OR, and Main areas. - May be asked to precept x-ray students depending on experience. - Department equipment includes Shimadzu RadSpeed general radiography room, Konica and Shimadzu portables, Philips C-arm, and GE O-arm. - Parking: Free teammate parking across several parking decks
Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. - No rotations between weekends and weekdays; travelers stay on the days and shifts in their contract. - No call. - If a holiday falls on a normally scheduled day, it will be worked.
Floating Requirements: - Only floats to different x-ray areas and for portables within this facility.
Required Credentials: Technical Degree
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
