Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System.

Additional Details:
Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and NICU patients.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Level II NICU experience preferred. Comfort with attending deliveries and initiating CPAP preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Previous employment at the facility may be considered only with an approved exception from St. Luke’s Health System. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. RTO should be submitted ahead of time.
Unit Details: NICU Level IIB, MICU, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Provides PACU treatments and overnight oximetry. Covers the ER and inpatient units across all floors. Pediatric ER patients are stabilized and transferred out. Performs ABGs (radial or brachial), all respiratory treatments, and management of respiratory equipment. Intubation role is assisting only. Intensivists, hospitalists, and anesthesia are in house 24/7; eICU coverage at night. Uses Epic, Drager V500, Hamilton, ReVel, V60s, Vapotherm, and EPOC.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling; travelers sign up last, must stay flexible to fill staffing gaps, and may be asked to trade with staff or rotate between shifts. Every other weekend. May be asked to participate in holiday rotation. Optional call/standby; text list available for picking up shifts. Call response time is 30 minutes.
Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float. Must be comfortable floating between ICU, MICU, MS-Tele, ER, and other specialties throughout the hospital. May be asked to float to sister facilities in Nampa and Boise, including mid-shift, with a minimum of 60 minutes heads-up prior to the shift.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
