Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in ED, ICU, and med/surg is required. All aspects of adult critical care are required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 3 years of experience preferred. Pediatric and infant care preferred.

Special Requests: RTO of up to 6 days may be approved, excluding holidays; time must be added to the end of the contract if contracted hours cannot be met.

Unit Details: Patient population ranges from infants to geriatric patients. Hospitalist coverage is available 24/7; an intensivist is not available 24/7, with virtual critical care available after hours. The unit uses Omnicell for medication dispensing and Masimo monitors, plus Servo I ventilators, Trilogy ventilators, Servo Air BiPAP, ABL blood gas analyzers, and Bubble CPAP.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call. Travelers will work 75% of holidays. Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks.

Floating Requirements: Floating is required to all listed facilities in Region 3 as needed within scope of practice: Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, any freestanding ED within the region, and Central Division (CMC Main, Mercy, and LCH).

6 days maximum time off

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
