Vascular Sonography - Cardiac Sonographer - $2600 per week.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Active ARDMS (RDCS/RVT) or Active CCI.

Special Requests: Any past UPH employee, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market, regardless of which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply. Limit of 1 day requested off between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.

Unit Details: Vascular work includes renal, pre-op, pain mapping, and other detailed studies, requiring a full vascular skill set. Expected workload is 7-8 scans per day.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. On-call: 1 night on weekdays and every third weekend. Weekend rotation: every third weekend. Holiday requirement: Work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day).

Floating Requirements: The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS
