Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Unit Details:
Common scans include Carotid US, Triple A screens, Reflux studies, any arterial duplex, and ABI-PBR.
Uses Fuji for images.
Equipment includes Philips CVX.

Shift & Scheduling:
The schedule is Monday-Friday; shift times are 7:30-4p and 0800-1700.
There is no weekend rotation.
No call.
No holidays.
The schedule cycle is 6 weeks.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
