Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Cardiac gtts (Primacor, amiodarone, Cardizem, dobutamine), heparin, Lasix, and insulin gtt. - Chest tubes, trachs, telemetry reading, and wound care.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Charge RN experience preferred.
Unit Details: - Cares for cath lab, amputation, and pre-surgical patients; patients are sent to surgery and most do not come back unless no intervention was done and they return. Open heart and vascular patients do not come back. - CHF, EP studies, atrial fibrillation and dysrhythmias, Coumadin loading, cardiac-heart failure. - Uses Alaris, Pyxis, and GE monitors.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Time off up to 7 days may be approved. - Overtime not allowed unless approved by the manager. - 1 summer and 1 winter holiday. - Cannot work more than 60 hours in a week or 5 consecutive 12 hour shifts.
Floating Requirements: - Float to all other inpatient areas within scope of practice; may rarely float to the ICU for appropriate med-surg patient assignments. - ED Holding - 1:4 ratio. - Travelers float first. - Can float at any time during the shift to a comparable floor acuity.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
