Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Charge RN experience preferred.
Required Skills/Experience: - Cardiac gtts (Primacor, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine), heparin, Lasix and insulin gtt; chest tubes; trachs; telemetry reading; wound care.
Unit Details: - Patient population includes cath lab, amputations, pre-surgical, CHF, EP studies, afib and dysrhythmias, Coumadin loading, and cardiac-heart failure patients. - Centralized telemetry monitoring with tele tech; phlebotomy assists with peripheral blood draws. - Uses Alaris, Pyxis, and GE monitors.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Up to 7 days of time off. - Overtime only with manager approval. - 1 summer and 1 winter holiday. - Fatigue policy: cannot work more than 60 hours in a week or 5 consecutive 12 hour shifts.
Floating Requirements: - Float to all other inpatient areas within scope of practice; may rarely float to ICU for appropriate Med Surg patient assignments. - ED Holding ratio: 1:4. - Travelers float first. - Can float at any time during shift to comparable floor acuity.
